Ok this is already awesome. Started off with strong coffee and kaya toast at Tong Ah, a street side coffee shop. Then immediately found a hawker street food center, with about 70 stalls with mouth watering options. First up, my personal favorite passion fruit juice, and a plate of Hainan chicken rice from Tian Tian. This is fantastic.
Picked up a sim card at the Cheers convenience store next to the hotel and I'm up and running online, for a whopping 12 bucks.
