Boarded

All boarded and ready to go. The only time I've been reasonably content with a middle seat. The lady next to me had a bottle of cava we were going to share, but it turns out I was in the wrong seat, so much for that. I have the Wikitravel entry for Singapore cached on my phone, so I can do some in-flight research.

  6. You all are awesome! Once I arrived I was going to solicit food recommendations, but we are apparently on all the same wavelength. Thank you!

  7. Wow! Are you only buying one way tickets or are you heading back to US after each destination?

  8. I bought round-trip tickets actually. The thing was (1) last-minute fares are completely unpredictable so I was worried that I would not be able to get home without paying an arm and a leg, and (2) one-way fares are directed at business travelers and are generally more expensive than round-trip tickets, counterintuitively.
